This product uses aluminum honeycomb core as the internal support structure, which greatly reduces the overall weight while ensuring high structural strength, making it suitable for large-span facade projects. It has excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation performance, effectively reducing the energy consumption of buildings and improving the indoor comfort level. The hidden fastener mounting design avoids exposed connectors, improving the overall aesthetic effect of the building. The surface coating has excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain a good appearance for more than 25 years in outdoor environments. The detachable panel design facilitates later maintenance and replacement, reducing later operating costs.
The base panel is made of 3003 or 5052 H24 aluminum alloy, with a surface thickness of 0.8mm~1.2mm, and the honeycomb core thickness is optional between 8mm and 25mm. The overall panel thickness can be customized between 10mm and 30mm, with a maximum processing size of 1800mm in width and 6000mm in length. The product adopts a fully enclosed edge sealing treatment to prevent moisture and dust from entering the honeycomb core, and the surface coating thickness is ≥30μm for powder coating and ≥40μm for fluorocarbon coating.
Mainly applicable to large-span building facades, airport terminal halls, railway station waiting halls, stadium exterior walls and other large-area outdoor decoration scenarios. It can also be used for indoor ceiling, partition wall and other large-area decoration projects, providing lightweight, high-strength and energy-saving decoration solutions for large-scale construction projects.
