Base material is 3003 H24 aluminum alloy, panel thickness is optional between 1.5mm and 3.0mm. The hole shape, diameter and pitch can be customized according to customer acoustic needs, with a maximum ventilation rate of up to 40%. The standard size is 1200mm x 2400mm, and custom sizes are supported. The product is processed with a flanging treatment to enhance the structural strength, and the edge bending height is ≥20mm to prevent deformation.
