The core advantages of food grade tricalcium phosphate lie in its high calcium content (≥34.5%), neutral to alkaline pH value and no peculiar smell. The product specifications of food grade tricalcium phosphate include: minimum purity of 98%, particle size ranging from 30 to 150μm, pH value of 7.0-9.0, heavy metal content ≤10 ppm, ash content ≤3.0%, moisture content ≤2.0%, calcium content ≥34.5%. It complies with GB 25558-2010 and FCC food safety standards, and is packed in 25kg woven bags with food-grade polyethylene inner bags. The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, with a shelf life of 18 months.

This product is mainly applicable to the following scenarios and industries: first, flour products such as bread, noodles and biscuits, preventing caking and improving the processing performance of raw materials; second, infant formula and dairy products, supplementing calcium and maintaining product stability; third, solid beverages and sports drinks, enhancing the nutritional value of products; fourth, feed additives, supplementing calcium for livestock and poultry.
