It has good thermal stability, and will not decompose at processing temperature of 200℃, with a yellowing inhibition rate of over 90% after 72 hours of thermal aging at 200℃. The addition amount is 0.3-0.5% of the total plastic formula, and will not affect the mechanical properties of plastics. It is compatible with PE, PP, PU and other plastic substrates, with a migration rate of ≤0.5% complying with FDA standards, solving the dual pain point of formaldehyde emission and yellowing of plastic products.

The purity is not less than 99.2%, with thermal decomposition temperature ≥220℃ and yellowing inhibition rate ≥90% after 72 hours of thermal aging at 200℃. It appears as white crystalline powder, with a migration rate of ≤0.5% complying with FDA standards. Each package is 25kg in a cardboard drum, stored in a cool and dry place at 10-30℃, with a shelf life of 2 years. It is compatible with most polyolefin and polyurethane plastic formulations.

It is applicable to polyolefin packaging films, polyurethane foam boards, children's toy plastics and food contact plastics.
