The product meets the national food safety standard GB 1886.23-2016. The active ingredient content is not less than 99.0%, with a white crystalline powder appearance. The melting point is between 100℃ and 101℃, and the pH value of 10% aqueous solution is between 2.3 and 2.8. The heavy metal content (calculated as Pb) is no more than 1mg/kg, and the total plate count is no more than 100CFU/g. The solubility in water at 25℃ is not less than 150g/100ml, and the shelf life is 36 months when stored in a dry and ventilated place. The standard packaging is 25kg per cardboard drum with FDA GRAS and JAS organic certified.
