Unlike conventional solid lithium carbonate powder, this slurry features nano-scale particles with a D50 size of 30-50 nm, which significantly reduces the interface resistance between the cathode active material and solid-state electrolyte, improving lithium-ion transmission efficiency by up to 40%. The non-ionic dispersant ensures long-term stability of the slurry, preventing particle agglomeration for up to 12 months under proper storage conditions. The controlled solid content of 40 ±2 wt% makes it easy to integrate into existing solid-state battery cathode manufacturing processes, reducing production waste and improving the consistency of final electrode products. Additionally, the ultra-low heavy metal content (<5 ppm) ensures the product meets the quality requirements of consumer electronics and automotive-grade solid-state battery production.

Technical specifications include solid content of 40 ±2 wt%, particle size distribution D50 ranging from 30 to 50 nm, viscosity of 500-800 cP measured at 25℃, pH value ranging from 9.0 to 10.0, dispersant type of non-ionic polyacrylate, compatibility with PVDF and PEO based binders, heavy metal content less than 5 ppm, shelf life of 12 months when stored at 5-25℃ away from direct sunlight, and packed in 20L or 50L food-grade plastic drums with sealed lids.

This product is primarily used in the manufacturing of solid-state lithium-ion battery cathodes, including those for electric passenger vehicles, high-performance portable electronics, and aerospace energy storage systems. It is supplied to solid-state battery manufacturers, next-generation battery R&D institutions, and electric vehicle component producers around the world. The product is suitable for both lab-scale R&D and large-scale commercial production lines, and its excellent dispersion and interface compatibility make it ideal for the production of high-energy-density, safe solid-state batteries that will power the next generation of electric vehicles and portable electronics.
