It has excellent fatty acid saponification performance, which can quickly form a stable lubricant structure. At the same time, it has good high temperature stability, which can be used for a long time under 150℃ working conditions, solving the pain point of insufficient high temperature performance of traditional lithium carbonate as a thickener. It complies with EU REACH environmental protection standards, adapting to the bulk procurement needs of global lubricant enterprises.

Purity ≥98.5%, moisture ≤0.12%, fatty acid saponification rate ≥98%, thickening capacity 120-150g/100ml, particle size D50=25μm, thermal stability temperature ≥150℃, packaged in 100Kilograms sealed iron drums, no dangerous goods transportation restrictions, shelf life 1 year. Customizable particle size parameters are available according to customer specific lubricant production needs.

Mainly used as a thickener for industrial lubricants, used in the production of high temperature lubricants, water resistant lubricants, automotive hub bearing lubricants and other products. It adapts to the lubrication needs of industries such as engineering machinery, automobile manufacturing, aerospace, and shipbuilding. It can increase the maximum use temperature of lubricants to 150℃, while improving the water resistance and wear resistance of lubricants to enhance product reliability.
