Prepared by vapor phase oxidation, this product has a particle size of 5–10 nm and a specific surface area of 65–75 m²/g. Relative to standard iron oxide blue pigments, it shows an increase in ultraviolet barrier performance of more than 60% and can help delay substrate aging. It offers good weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, with limited color change observed after 10 years of outdoor exposure. With very low VOC levels, it aligns well with environmental protection guidelines and tends not to release harmful emissions. Its fine particle size contributes to a smoother, more uniform coating film, enhancing the gloss and visual texture of the final product, and is compatible with a variety of substrates including functional coatings, plastics, and fibers.

The particle size range is 5-10 Nanometers, the specific surface area is 65-75 m²/g, the pigment purity is 99.7%, the pH value is 7.0-8.2, the heavy metal content is ≤3ppm, the ultraviolet barrier rate is ≥92%. The packaging is 1 Kilograms sealed plastic bottle plus cardboard box, the recommended addition ratio is 1%-4% of the total weight of the coating. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding high temperature and direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 24 months.
It is mainly used in high-end functional coatings, such as outdoor sun-resistant coatings, automotive clear coatings, and electronic equipment housing coatings. It can also be applied in functional plastics, textile fibers, packaging materials and other fields, providing both coloring and ultraviolet protection functions. The product shows good compatibility with many resin systems, including water-based, oil-based and powder coatings, offering products a pure deep blue hue while helping to improve durability and protective performance.
