The added exclusive dispersing agent masterbatch solves the problem of difficult dispersion and easy agglomeration of traditional powder pigments. It has passed ISO 14001 environmental protection certification, and its heavy metal content is far lower than international safety standards, which will not cause harm to construction workers and the environment. Its excellent weather resistance ensures no obvious fading after 5 years of outdoor use, and it is compatible with various water-based and oil-based coating systems.
The particle size range is 15-25 Nanometers, the pigment purity is 99.2%, the oil absorption value is 28-32 g/100g, the density is 4.2 g/cm³, the pH value is 7.2-8.5, the heavy metals lead ≤5 ppm, cadmium ≤2 ppm, mercury ≤0.1 ppm. The packaging specification is 25 Kilograms per Drum, the recommended addition amount is 3%-8% of the total weight of the coating. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 24 months.
It is mainly suitable for outdoor building coatings, industrial antirust primers, container coatings, road marking coatings and other scenarios, especially suitable for outdoor projects with high requirements for weather resistance and coloring stability. It can also be used in cement product coloring, ceramic blank base coloring and other fields, compatible with various water-based latex paints, oil-based alkyd resin paints and other systems, providing pure and uniform deep blue tone for products.
