This magnetic iron oxide green pigment uses a patented liquid-phase synthesis process, with a typical spinel crystal structure and stable magnetic properties. Its magnetic susceptibility reaches 1.2×10^-6 m³/kg and coercivity reaches 1500 Oe, making it a core raw material for high-performance magnetic materials. Its nano-scale particle size and high specific surface area improve magnetic properties and dispersibility, while surface modification treatment enhances oxidation resistance, maintaining stable magnetic properties below 250°C. It also offers excellent coloring performance, providing green coloring for electronic component shells to improve product appearance recognition, adapting to high-end application needs in electronic information, magnetic materials and new energy vehicle fields.
The product appears as dark green nano-scale powder, with spinel crystal structure, average particle size of 50±10nm, specific surface area of 32-38 m²/g, bulk density of 0.40-0.45 g/cm³, pH value of 7.2-8.0, maximum oxidation resistance temperature of 250°C, magnetic susceptibility of 1.2×10^-6 m³/kg, coercivity of 1500 Oe, minimum purity of 98.8%, heavy metal content of ≤15ppm. It is packaged in moisture-proof vacuum bags with a net weight of 5kg per bag.
It is mainly used in magnetic recording media, ferrite permanent magnet materials, electronic component shell coloring, new energy vehicle motor magnet steel coloring, magnetic identification materials and other scenarios. It can be used as a core raw material for high-performance magnetic materials, while offering excellent coloring performance, meeting the dual needs of the electronic information, new energy and magnetic materials fields, improving product functionality and appearance effects.
