Compared with ordinary iron oxide black pigments, this product uses a surface coating technology of food-safe polyethylene glycol to improve dispersibility in food-grade resin systems, reducing agglomeration and improving coloring uniformity. It has excellent heat resistance and light fastness, will not decompose or discolor during high-temperature sterilization or long-term outdoor storage, and meets the strict migration limits of heavy metals in food contact materials. Its low oil absorption feature reduces the impact on the mechanical properties of plastic products, making it suitable for food contact plastic products with high performance requirements.

Particle size distribution is concentrated between 0.4-1.2μm, ensuring uniform color rendering; purity reaches 98.6% or more, effectively reducing the introduction of harmful impurities; heavy metal content such as lead and arsenic is controlled below 8ppm, fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 178.3297 and EU plastic materials regulations (EU 10/2011). The product is packaged in 25kg food-grade HDPE drums to avoid secondary pollution during transportation and storage, and the surface is treated with a dust-free coating to reduce dust pollution during use.

Mainly applicable to food-grade plastic products such as fresh-keeping box lids, food packaging films, kitchen silicone utensils, as well as food packaging printing inks and food contact paper coating agents. It is suitable for food processing and packaging enterprises, kitchenware manufacturers, and food packaging printing plants that need to meet strict food safety standards.
