Prepared by dry grinding process, the powder has uniform particle size and excellent compatibility with cement, asphalt and other building matrixes. It can achieve uniform coloring without additional dispersant. Its low heavy metal content meets domestic building material environmental protection standards, and it will not fade or powder during long-term outdoor use, effectively improving the appearance texture and weather resistance of building materials.
Detailed technical parameters include: iron oxide content ≥95%, particle size 3-5μm, oil absorption value 22-26g/100g, pH value 8.0-9.0, bulk density 0.8-1.0 g/cm³, no discoloration at 150℃, color retention rate ≥98% after immersion, lead and cadmium content ≤20ppm. The net weight per bag is 50kg, with packaging specifications of 100cm×60cm×30cm, suitable for forklift loading and transportation.
It is mainly used in colored concrete pavement, asphalt road coloring, building ceramic body coloring, external wall insulation mortar coloring and other scenarios.
