Adopting high-temperature calcination synthesis process, the pigment has a purity higher than the industry average. Its unique surface coating treatment improves the compatibility with resins, solving the problems of easy settling and poor dispersibility of traditional pigments. It also has excellent ultraviolet aging resistance, meeting the 5-year durability requirement for outdoor coatings. It passes EU REACH certification and meets industrial use standards except for food contact levels.

Detailed technical parameters include: iron oxide content ≥98.5%, oil absorption value 18-22g/100g, particle size 0.5-1.5μm, specific surface area 8-12 m²/g, pH value 7.0-8.5, no discoloration at 200℃, light fastness up to ISO Level 8, lead and cadmium heavy metal content ≤10ppm. The net weight per carton is 25kg, with packaging dimensions of 50cm×30cm×30cm, and it meets non-dangerous goods maritime transportation standards.

It is mainly used in outdoor building coatings, industrial anti-corrosion primers, container coatings, automotive original factory primers and other scenarios. It is compatible with various systems such as water-based acrylic coatings and oil-based alkyd resin coatings, and can be used as a colorant and anti-rust auxiliary pigment to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of coatings.
