Post RFQ
This pigment is treated with high-temperature calcination and micronization, with excellent high-temperature stability, maintaining a stable yellow hue at a firing temperature of 800-1200℃, with a post-firing color difference of ΔE <0.8, and extremely high batch consistency. The particle size is small and uniform, which improves the fluidity and gloss of the glaze. It has no heavy metal precipitation, meeting the safety standards of food-contact ceramics. It has good dispersibility, and can be evenly dispersed in the glaze without additional grinding, solving the pain point of traditional pigments easy agglomeration in glaze, and improving the appearance quality and yield of ceramic products.

The appearance is light lemon yellow powder, with CIE color values a*:11.5±0.7, b*:30.0±1.0, L*:83.0±0.9. The firing temperature range is 800-1200℃, the color change rate after high-temperature firing is ≤1%, the lead leaching amount is <0.1mg/L, and the cadmium leaching amount is <0.05mg/L. The average particle size is 0.3-0.8μm, the oil absorption is 25-30g/100g, and it is packed in 25kg kraft paper bags assembled on pallets, with a total pallet load of 1000kg. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding moisture, with a shelf life of 3 years.
This pigment is mainly applicable to daily ceramic glaze coloring, architectural ceramic glaze color matching, sanitary ceramic glaze modification and artistic ceramic coloring. The target industries include ceramic manufacturing and sanitary building materials industry. Typical application scenarios include coloring of tableware ceramic glaze, color matching of wall tile glaze, and coloring of toilet ceramic glaze. It can endow ceramic products with uniform and stable warm yellow hue, while having excellent high-temperature stability and safety compliance.
