Adopting micronized processing technology, this pigment has uniform particle size and high coloring power, with light fastness up to level 8, which can resist 1000 hours of UV radiation without obvious fading. It has excellent alkali resistance, suitable for alkaline exterior wall coating systems, and has good dispersibility in both water-based and solvent-based coating systems without additional dispersants. It solves the problem of traditional iron oxide yellow easy agglomeration, improving the color uniformity after coating. In addition, it meets environmental protection standards, reducing the impact on the construction environment and human health.
The appearance is bright lemon yellow powder, with CIE color values a*:12.8±1.0, b*:32.5±1.2, L*:82.0±0.8. The grinding fineness (Hegman) is ≥5, the oil absorption is 32-38g/100g, the average particle size is 0.8-1.2μm, and the bulk density is 0.85g/cm³. The heat resistance is ≤200℃ without discoloration, and the heavy metal content conforms to ASTM D4236 standards. It is packed in 25kg food-grade polypropylene woven bags with PE inner lining, and is classified as non-dangerous goods in maritime transportation. The shelf life is 2 years when stored in a cool and dry place.
This pigment is mainly applicable to exterior wall real stone paint, cement floor coating, road marking paint (yellow part) and precast concrete component coloring. The target industries include architectural coating manufacturing and prefabricated building materials industry. Typical application scenarios include exterior wall coating of commercial office buildings, floor construction of residential quarters, and supporting coloring of municipal road markings.
