This product adopts an exclusive water-based dispersion modification process, which can be uniformly dispersed in the water-based paint matrix without agglomeration or precipitation. It does not contain any heavy metal components such as lead, arsenic and cadmium, and meets the EU REACH environmental protection standards, with VOC content ≤0.1%. It has excellent water resistance and weather resistance, which can be used for indoor and outdoor water-based coatings, and will not change the original viscosity and stability of water-based paints. It has uniform color and long-lasting color, adapting to a variety of water-based paint scenarios.
The product has a particle size of 0.6-1.8μm, pH value of 7.5-9.0, hiding power of not less than 90g/㎡, water resistance of ≥2000h without gloss loss, weather resistance of ≥3000h without discoloration, no detected heavy metals, VOC content ≤0.1%, moisture content ≤1.0%, fineness ≤40μm. It is packaged in coated kraft paper bags with 25kg per Boxes, which is suitable for storage and transportation in water-based paint production workshops.
