This product is prepared by high-temperature calcination process, with stable crystal structure and far better weather resistance than ordinary iron oxide yellow. It can resist ultraviolet radiation for 5000 hours without obvious discoloration, with strong hiding power which can effectively reduce the dosage of colorant. It has excellent dispersibility and can be directly added to water-based and oil-based paint matrix without agglomeration. It is suitable for exterior wall latex paint, industrial anti-corrosion paint, road marking paint and other scenarios, and has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, adapting to complex outdoor environments.
The product has a particle size of 0.8-2.0μm, density of 4.2g/cm³, hiding power of not less than 95g/㎡, light fastness of level 8 (the maximum standard rating), water resistance of ≥1000h without chalking, acid resistance (5% H₂SO₄) of ≥48h without change, alkali resistance (5% NaOH) of ≥48h without change, fineness ≤50μm, moisture content ≤0.8%. It is packaged in coated kraft paper bags with 20kg per box, which is suitable for long-distance transportation and storage.
