Adopting optimized calcination production process, this product has uniform particle size distribution and excellent weather resistance, passing the 1000-hour artificial weathering test without obvious fading. It is pre-dispersed with auxiliary agents to avoid color spots in coating systems, and meets EU REACH and ISO 14001 environmental protection standards, with zero lead and cadmium content. It solves the problem of yellowing and darkening of traditional pigments under strong ultraviolet radiation, providing consistent and stable coloring effect for coating products.
The product has an average particle size of 0.2-0.5μm, iron oxide content ≥94%, pH value of 7.0-8.5, water soluble matter ≤0.3%, hiding power ≤20 g/㎡, moisture content ≤0.5%, oil absorption of 25-30 g/100g, and heat resistance up to 1000℃. It can be packaged in 25kg/ cardboard drums or 1000kg/ industrial pallets, suitable for large-scale construction and coating production lines.
This pigment is suitable for exterior wall water-based latex paint, solvent-based industrial coating, ship anti-corrosion coating, bridge steel structure coating, container topcoat and other outdoor long-term exposed coating scenarios. It is especially suitable for architectural exterior wall engineering requiring high weather resistance and high color fastness, which can resist the erosion of ultraviolet rays, rainwater and air pollutants, extending the service life of coating surfaces and maintaining stable and uniform yellow color for a long time.
