The product is produced through a high-temperature calcination process, ensuring a narrow particle size distribution and consistent chromaticity. Its excellent light fastness and weather resistance can effectively extend the service life of coated products, reducing the need for frequent repainting. It has good compatibility with both waterborne and solvent-based coating systems, and can be easily dispersed without adding extra dispersants in most formulations. Unlike low-quality iron oxide red, this product has low moisture content and stable PH value, which will not cause gelation or performance degradation of the coating base material. It also meets the EU REACH environmental protection requirements, making it suitable for export-oriented coating projects.

The product has a minimum purity of 96%, with an average particle size ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 micrometers, providing rich and pure red color. The bulk density is between 5.2 and 5.4 grams per cubic centimeter, and the oil absorption is 20 to 30 grams per 100 grams, which is convenient for mixing with coating resins. The light fastness reaches grade 7-8, capable of withstanding long-term outdoor UV irradiation without fading. The weather resistance grade is 5, suitable for most outdoor building decoration scenarios. The PH value is controlled between 6.5 and 7.5, matching the neutral PH requirement of most coating bases. The moisture content is less than 0.5%, avoiding the introduction of excess water into the coating system. The heavy metal content is controlled within 50 ppm, meeting the basic environmental protection standards of most countries. It is packaged in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags, which are easy to transport and store.
This product is mainly applicable to the architectural coating industry, including exterior wall latex paint, exterior wall waterproof coating, and colored mortar. It is also widely used in industrial coating fields such as engineering machinery anti-corrosion paint, steel structure primer, and road traffic marking paint. In the construction field, it can be used to color cement products, colored bricks, and road surface materials, providing long-lasting and stable color performance. It is suitable for large-scale construction site coloring operations, and can be matched with various common coating production processes, reducing the production cost of coating enterprises. It is not recommended for direct food contact scenarios, and is not suitable for high-temperature plastic molding applications.
