This water treatment-grade basic zinc carbonate has improved adsorption activity and selectivity for heavy metal ions through special surface modification technology. Compared with ordinary basic zinc carbonate, its adsorption capacity for lead ions has increased by more than 30%, and it can maintain good adsorption performance in a wide PH range, and will not dissolve into water to cause secondary pollution during use. Its controllable particle size can adapt to different water treatment processes, such as fixed bed adsorption, suspension adsorption, etc. At the same time, it has good mechanical strength and can be recycled and reused multiple times, reducing the operating cost of water treatment, providing an environmentally friendly and efficient solution for industrial wastewater treatment, mine wastewater treatment and other scenarios.

The purity (based on zinc) is ≥57.0%, lead ion adsorption capacity ≥120mg/g, moisture ≤1.2%, 200 mesh sieve residue ≤5%, PH value applicable range is 6.0-9.0, water solubility ≤0.1%, thermal stability temperature ≥300°C. The packaging uses ton bags, with a net weight of 1000kg per bag, bulk density is 0.7-0.9g/cm³, total heavy metal content ≤20ppm, conforming to the national water treatment material environmental protection standard GB/T 39229-2020.
It is mainly used in industrial wastewater treatment, mine wastewater treatment, electroplating wastewater treatment, lead-zinc smelting wastewater treatment and other scenarios, efficiently removing heavy metal ions such as lead, cadmium, mercury and copper in wastewater to meet the national sewage discharge standards. It adapts to sewage treatment plants, electroplating plants, mining enterprises, smelters and other enterprises, and can also be used for deep purification of drinking water to remove trace heavy metal pollutants in water.
