This product is prepared by liquid phase synthesis technology, with ultra-high purity and controllable particle morphology and particle size, solving the industry pain point of high impurity content and poor dispersibility of ordinary industrial-grade basic zinc carbonate. The specific surface area of the product is controllable, which can accurately regulate the crystallinity of the precursor, improving the electrochemical performance of the lithium battery cathode material. The ultra-low impurity content ensures that there will be no short circuit caused by metal impurities during the battery cycle, complying with the safety standards of new energy vehicle power batteries, and can be directly used to prepare zinc-doped lithium iron phosphate and layered ternary cathode materials.

The product is a white spherical powder with a purity of no less than 99.9% and a zinc content of over 59%. The content of single impurity elements iron, copper and nickel is ≤0.0001% each. The average particle size D50 is 10μm, and the specific surface area is 15-20 m²/g, with good sintering activity. The pH value of 1% suspension is 7.0-9.0, adapting to the reaction environment of precursor preparation. The moisture content is ≤0.1%, avoiding pores generated in the precursor during sintering. The packaging uses 1kg vacuum sealed aluminum foil bags with moisture-proof cardboard boxes, suitable for dust-free feeding in clean workshops. The shelf life is 12 months, and it has passed ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications.
It is mainly used in the production of lithium battery cathode material precursors, power battery manufacturing and energy storage battery module production. Typical application scenarios include preparing zinc-doped lithium iron phosphate cathode materials to improve cycle life, adding to ternary materials to improve rate performance, and producing power batteries for new energy vehicles and energy storage batteries for household energy storage power stations. It can improve the cycle life of lithium batteries by more than 15% and the rate performance by more than 20%, with a market share of more than 8% in the global lithium battery precursor material market, and has been certified by leading battery enterprises such as CATL and LG Energy Solution.
