The large specific surface area improves the adsorption capacity and reaction activity of the material. Its good water-based dispersion performance allows it to be easily integrated into water-based coatings and cosmetic formulas without agglomeration. High purity ensures the safety of the product in high-end application scenarios. It can endow composite materials with long-lasting antibacterial performance, and has good biocompatibility, making it suitable for personal care products. The production process adopts vapor deposition method to ensure the uniformity and controllability of nano-particles.

The product has an average particle size of 30±5 nm, specific surface area of 85±5 m²/g, minimum purity of 99.5%, zinc content of 59.0% minimum, moisture content not exceeding 0.1%, lead content ≤3 ppm, arsenic content ≤1 ppm, cadmium content ≤0.5 ppm, and appears as white ultra-fine powder that can be dispersed in water, ethanol and other solvents. It is packaged in 5kg vacuum sealed cartons, stored in a cool and dry environment, and has a shelf life of 1 year.
It is used to prepare antibacterial plastics and antibacterial fibers to improve the antibacterial时效 of products; as an ultraviolet shielding agent for sunscreen cosmetics, replacing traditional organic sunscreens to reduce skin irritation risk; as a functional coating additive to improve the aging resistance and antibacterial performance of the coating; and as a modifier for lithium battery anode materials to improve the cycle life of batteries.
