Compared with traditional indirect zinc oxide, this rubber-grade basic zinc carbonate has lower production cost and more environmentally friendly production process. Its zinc activity is higher, which can effectively promote the cross-linking reaction between vulcanizing agent and rubber molecules, improving the vulcanization efficiency by more than 15%. At the same time, it will not produce toxic zinc dust to pollute the workshop environment, conforming to the environmental protection requirements of modern industry. Its controllable particle fineness can be evenly dispersed in rubber mixing materials, avoiding the problem of excessively high local activator concentration, and it has good weather resistance, which will not affect the color and performance of rubber products, providing efficient and stable vulcanization activation additives for rubber processing enterprises.

The purity (based on zinc) is ≥56.5%, ash content ≥98%, moisture ≤0.6%, 325 mesh sieve residue ≤10%, activator efficiency ≥95%, PH value is 7.0-8.0, thermal stability temperature ≥180°C. The packaging uses kraft paper bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag, bulk density is 0.8-1.0g/cm³, total heavy metal content ≤100ppm, conforming to the rubber industry standard HG/T 2573-2012.
It is mainly used in the mixing process of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, as a vulcanization activator added to the production formulas of rubber products such as tires, rubber hoses, rubber seals and rubber soles. It adapts to tire manufacturers, rubber product factories, mixed rubber processing plants and other enterprises, and can replace part of indirect zinc oxide, reducing production costs while improving the performance of rubber products.
