The workstation typically has a feed hopper capacity of 15-30 kg.The dispensing mechanism is often a spiral auger or pneumatic butterfly valve,ensuring accuracy and minimal residue.The interior space is designed for sow comfort when turning and includes a safety escape door.The controller has data storage and offline operation capability;basic functions continue if network connection is lost.The software platform provides data analysis reports(e.g.,group intake curves,individual anomaly screening)and can integrate with mainstream farm management software.

Primarily used in modern sow farms for gestation housing,replacing traditional gestation crates and aligning with animal welfare trends.Suitable for the entire gestation period from breeding to about one week before farrowing.It not only meets sows'need for movement,reducing stereotypic behaviors,but also controls body condition through precise nutrition,improving litter uniformity and the number of healthy piglets.The long-term feeding behavior data collected can be used for genetic selection,identifying breeding lines with good appetite and ease of management.It is a core device for digital,fine-tuned sow management.
