The main components of the equipment are made of 45# steel, and the extrusion roller is made of wear-resistant alloy steel. The diameter of the extrusion roller is 150 mm to 600 mm, and the length is 200 mm to 800 mm. The motor power is 15 kW to 110 kW, and the production capacity is 0.5 t/h to 20 t/h. The particle size of the produced compound fertilizer is 2 mm to 6 mm, which can be adjusted by replacing the roller with different tooth shapes. The moisture content of the applicable raw materials is 8% - 15%, and the compression ratio of the extrusion roller is 1:1.2 - 1:1.5. The overall dimension of the equipment is 2500×1500×2800 mm to 6000×3000×4500 mm, and the weight is 1500 kg to 12000 kg. It complies with the technical requirements of compound fertilizer granulation machinery and has obtained CE certification, which can be sold in the European market.
