The core advantages of the equipment lie in the dual guarantee of high efficiency and durability. It uses forged high-alloy wear-resistant hammer heads with high hardness and strong impact resistance, which are optimally designed for the brittleness of fertilizer raw materials. The crushing efficiency is 20% higher than that of ordinary crushers, and the parts are not easy to wear and deform. The sealed crushing chamber combined with the centralized lubrication system not only reduces dust leakage, but also realizes non-stop lubrication, lowering maintenance costs and downtime. The equipment supports convenient one-person operation; parameters such as speed and clearance can be adjusted simply and intuitively without professional technicians. The running noise is below 85dB, complying with industrial environmental protection standards. It also has a reliable overload protection function to effectively avoid equipment damage caused by raw material impurities. In addition, the body material can be customized as carbon steel or stainless steel, adapting to production needs under different corrosive environments and boasting a wider application range.

The equipment covers multiple capacity requirements, with models ranging from small-scale (1–2t/h) to large-scale (10–15t/h). The diameter of the core rotor component ranges from 520mm to 800mm, with a length of 650mm to 900mm, ensuring sufficient crushing chamber capacity and smooth feeding. The feed inlet is uniformly suitable for lumpy raw materials ≤30mm, eliminating the need for additional pretreatment procedures. The discharge particle size can be steplessly adjusted between 0.2mm and 5mm, meeting the fineness requirements of different processes such as disc granulation and extrusion granulation. The motor power is configured with 5.5–30kw high-efficiency motors according to different models, featuring an energy consumption ratio superior to the industry average, with stable and energy-saving operation. The equipment weighs 0.8–2.5t and has a compact structure, supporting mobile installation to flexibly adapt to different production line layouts, with a floor area of only 1.5–3㎡ and low requirements for workshop space.

The equipment is widely used in various fertilizer production scenarios, and is mainly suitable for the pretreatment of raw materials for products such as urea, compound fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer. In small and medium-sized fertilizer plants, it can serve as an independent pretreatment device supporting granulation production lines. In large-scale compound fertilizer production lines, it can be linked with feeders and sieves to form an automated pretreatment process. In addition, it can be used for secondary crushing of hygroscopic and caking fertilizers such as diammonium phosphate and potassium chloride, as well as the refinement of lumpy materials after fermentation in organic fertilizer production. Its applicable production scenarios include: annual output 10,000–100,000t compound fertilizer production lines, small and medium-sized urea deep processing projects, organic fertilizer processing plants, and fertilizer raw material recycling and reprocessing enterprises. The equipment is compatible with various brittle materials; besides fertilizers, it can also crush low-hardness materials such as coal, slag and shale, featuring strong versatility.
