The equipment is designed with the core concepts of high precision, high efficiency and high stability. It uses imported weighing sensors and a dual-chamber feeding structure to realize the combination of fast feeding and precise supplementary feeding, which not only ensures packing speed, but also controls weight error, solving the problems of low efficiency and large error in traditional manual packaging. The PLC control system is equipped with a touch screen operation interface, allowing intuitive and convenient parameter setting. It supports real-time display and statistics of data such as packing quantity, weight and speed, facilitating production management. The body material can be selected as carbon steel with spray coating or 304 stainless steel, featuring strong corrosion resistance, adapting to the chemical properties of fertilizer materials and being not easy to rust and deform. The equipment supports two sealing methods: sewing and heat sealing. The sewing stitches are neat and firm, while heat sealing offers good tightness, which can be flexibly selected according to the bag material. In addition, the equipment has functions such as automatic fault alarm and overload protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. It is simple to maintain, with easy replacement of vulnerable parts, and the average trouble-free operation time exceeds 8,000 hours.

The equipment covers the full-range packaging needs, with a packing weight range of 3–100kg, which can accurately adapt to mainstream industry bag specifications such as 25kg and 50kg. The packing speed varies by model: 4–8 bags/min (large models), 5–12 bags/min (medium models) and 8–22 bags/min (small models), meeting the needs of production lines with different capacities. The power supply is compatible with 220V or 380V industrial electricity, and the motor power is 350W–800W, featuring low energy consumption and stable operation. The overall dimensions of the equipment are 1800×1200×2500mm–2500×1500×3200mm according to different models. Adopting a vertical structure design, it occupies a small area and is easy for production line layout. The feeding method supports customization of screw conveying or bucket conveying, adapting to fertilizer materials with different fluidity such as granules and powder, avoiding material bridging or blockage. The weighing sensor has an accuracy of 0.1g, ensuring weighing stability after long-term use.

The equipment is a core supporting device at the end of fertilizer production, widely used in the finished product packaging of various fertilizer products such as urea, NPK compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, microbial fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer. In large-scale fertilizer production enterprises, it can be linked with granulators, coolers and sieves to form an automated packaging production line, realizing the full-process automation from raw material processing to finished product delivery. In small and medium-sized fertilizer plants, it can be used as an independent packaging device to replace manual labor in completing quantitative weighing, bagging, sealing and other processes, greatly improving production efficiency.
