The equipment adopts a dual-motor excitation design, where the vibration frequency and amplitude can be flexibly adjusted to meet the screening needs of fertilizer granules with different particle sizes, achieving relatively high screening efficiency. The screen is fixed with a tensioning structure, which reduces the probability of mesh blockage. Combined with optional bounce ball or ultrasonic screen cleaning devices, it can further enhance screening continuity. The machine body adopts a sealed design, which can effectively reduce dust emission and meet industrial environmental protection requirements. The supporting springs have uniform stiffness, resulting in low operating noise and a more comfortable operating environment. With a compact overall structure and small footprint, it is easy to integrate into existing production lines. The screen replacement process is simple and fast, and the maintenance cost is relatively low, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation scenarios.
The screen surface material can be 304 stainless steel or carbon steel, and the parts in contact with materials are treated with rust prevention to extend service life. The number of screen layers can be customized from 1 to 4, enabling simultaneous grading of multiple particle size levels. The processing capacity ranges from 10 to 200t/h, adapting to the different production capacity needs of small workshops to large-scale factories. The vibration frequency is stably maintained at 1200-1500 times per minute, and the amplitude is 2-8mm, which can be adjusted according to material characteristics to optimize screening results. The motor power is 1.5-30kW, the protection class is not lower than IP44, and the insulation class is Class F, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The screen inclination is adjustable from 5-18°, and the inclination can be appropriately increased for materials with strong viscosity to improve feeding speed.
In the chemical fertilizer industry, it is mainly used for the classification and screening of compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, biological fertilizer and other fertilizer granules. It effectively removes agglomerates, coarse particles and impurities generated during the production process, ensuring that the particle size of finished fertilizer meets packaging and usage standards. At the same time, the equipment is also suitable for the classification of bulk materials such as slag, sand, clay, and biomass particles. In the building materials industry, it can be used for the screening of cement raw materials and sand aggregates; in the chemical industry, it can handle resin particles, chemical powder and other materials; in the mining field, it can be used for grading operations after ore crushing. Its flexible configuration design can meet the personalized screening needs of different industries, especially suitable for production scenarios with high requirements for material particle size uniformity.
