Features a tunnel-style structure with multiple sets of Stainless Steel Fan Spray Nozzles arranged on both sides, the top, and the bottom, creating a three-dimensional交叉 spray network. The spray system is controlled in zones, allowing for sequential Hot Water Rinse (~50°C), Cold Water Chill, and Organic Acid or Chlorine Dioxide Sanitizer Spray. High-pressure pumps provide powerful. The interior walls are smooth for easy drainage and cleaning. Can be synchronized and interlocked with the conveyor line for automated continuous washing.

Tunnel internal dimensions (for cattle): approx. 3000mm (L) × 1000mm (W) × 2500mm (H). Frame and panels are 304 Stainless Steel. Equipped with Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps with a total power of approx. 15kW, adjustable pressure up to 20 bar. Nozzles are V-Jet Fan Pattern Stainless Steel Nozzles with adjustable orifices. The water system zones are controlled by Pneumatic or Electric Ball Valves. Includes a Sanitizer Automatic Dosing and Injection System. The control system integrates temperature, pressure, and flow monitoring.
Typically installed after the splitting saw and before entry into the chilling cooler. Carcasses suspended from the conveyor chain pass through the washing tunnel, undergoing each spray stage sequentially, with a total cycle time of about 60-90 seconds. Effectively reduces total bacterial count on the carcass surface (e.g., E. coli, Salmonella), making it an important Critical Control Point (CCP) device within HACCP systems.
