The system consists of heavy-duty rails, automatic hoists, back stops, drive units, and gambrels/hooks. It employs servo motors or hydraulic systems for smooth and precise lifting. The rail system is designed with anti-drip features to prevent contamination of equipment and carcasses below. The entire system is controlled by a central PLC and can synchronize with preceding and following processes for precise production rhythm matching. Modular design allows for customized installation according to workshop layout.

Standard rail height is 3000mm-4000mm (customizable). Rail beams are made of Q235 Carbon Steel Hot-Dip Galvanized or Stainless Steel. Hook spacing is typically 900mm-1200mm. Conveying speed is adjustable from 3-10 meters per minute. The hoist has a maximum lifting capacity of 500kg with adjustable lifting speed. The drive station motor power is 5.5kW. Gambrels and chains are made of High-Strength Alloy Steel with galvanized or anti-corrosion coating. Power is supplied via a conductor bar system. The control system includes a Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC and touchscreen. Equipped with emergency stop buttons and safety light curtains.
Applied in the bleeding section of pig, cattle, and sheep slaughter. After stunning, animals are automatically hooked onto the gambrel by the hoist and enter the bleeding rail for slow transport. Sticking and bleeding operations are performed during this time, with blood draining into underground collection troughs. Sufficient bleeding time (typically several minutes) is crucial for meat color and shelf life. This system is standard in modern high-capacity slaughter lines.
