Utilizes a high-strength guide mechanism and balancing system to ensure the saw blade remains stable during high-speed reciprocation, enabling precise, straight cuts without deviation. The saw blade is made of High-Strength Stainless Steel or Special Alloy Steel, with an optimized tooth profile for sharp and durable cutting. The equipment can be equipped with an Automatic Centering System (laser or mechanical positioning) for fully automatic splitting, ensuring even left and right sides. Features a High-Pressure Water Mist Cooling and Lubrication System to cool and clean the blade during cutting, extending its life and maintaining hygiene.

Available as Hand-Held and Fully Automatic Rail-Mounted types. Saw blade stroke is 150-250mm, with a reciprocating frequency of 1000-1500 cycles per minute. Drive motor power is 3.0-4.0kW. The guide mechanism uses Self-Lubricating Bearings. Main body components are Aluminum Alloy or Stainless Steel for weight reduction (hand-held) or corrosion resistance. Automatic models are equipped with Servo Drive Systems for lifting and advancing, with positioning accuracy up to ±1mm. Comes standard with a Water Mist Lubrication Device.
Used in the splitting section after carcass washing and pre-chilling for pigs and cattle. During operation, the spine's centerline must be aligned with the saw blade (done automatically in automatic models), and the saw is advanced steadily to complete the cut. Widely used in medium to large slaughterhouses and processing plants, it is essential for obtaining uniform sides for subsequent grading, cutting, and aging.
