Post RFQ
This product adopts a fully automatic control system, which can automatically complete the whole process of vacuuming, heating, pressurizing and holding pressure without manual intervention. The built-in vacuum system can reach -0.095MPa, effectively discharging the air in the mounting material and sample gaps to prepare high-quality pore-free samples. The water-cooled cooling system ensures stable temperature control during long-term operation, and the aluminum alloy body reduces the overall weight while ensuring structural strength.
The overall size of the equipment is 720mm × 580mm × 780mm, with a maximum mounting sample diameter of 100mm. The mounting pressure can be adjusted between 0-25MPa with an accuracy of ±0.2MPa, and the temperature control range is from room temperature to 220°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. The rated power is 2.2kW, supporting 110V/220V adaptive power supply. The net weight is 120kg, and it is equipped with a circulating water cooling device to maintain stable equipment temperature during long-time working.
It is mainly suitable for aerospace material testing, electronic component failure analysis, precision hardware quality inspection and university key laboratory research work. It can prepare high-quality metallographic samples for materials such as titanium alloys, aluminum alloys and precision electronic packaging materials, meeting the testing needs of high-precision metallographic analysis.
