This portable wireless vibration displacement meter adopts an aviation aluminum alloy shell with IP65 protection grade, which can adapt to harsh outdoor environments. Relying on the LoRaWAN 433MHz communication protocol, the transmission distance can reach 3km, which is suitable for most field operation scenarios. It has a built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, which can work continuously for more than 15 days on a single charge, solving the problem of outdoor power supply. It is equipped with a high-precision MEMS sensor chip, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.01mm, and can simultaneously collect dual parameters of displacement and vibration. Compared with single-function displacement meters, it can provide more comprehensive data support for equipment failure prediction. It supports two installation methods of magnetic suction and portable bracket, and one person can complete rapid deployment without a professional installation team, greatly reducing the labor cost of on-site monitoring. At the same time, it is equipped with a dedicated cloud management platform, which can realize real-time data viewing, abnormal alarm and historical data export, meeting the full-process data requirements of engineering inspection.
The overall size of the product is 120mm×60mm×30mm, and the weight is about 200g. The measurement range covers 0~50mm, the measurement accuracy is ±0.01mm, and the resolution can reach 0.001mm. It is powered by a 3.7V 2000mAh rechargeable lithium battery, with a Type-C interface for charging, the charging time is about 2 hours, and the continuous working time is ≥15 days. The communication adopts LoRaWAN 433MHz frequency band, and the data transmission interval can be customized from 1s to 10min, with a data reporting accuracy rate of ≥99.9%. It has an IP65 protection grade, which can resist rain and dust intrusion. The operating temperature range is -20℃~60℃, and the relative humidity range is 0~95% (no condensation). It has a built-in 8GB local storage module, which can store up to 30 days of continuous monitoring data. The interface types include Type-C charging port and magnetic suction installation interface, which are suitable for multiple usage scenarios.
