Adopts imported xenon arc lamp with spectrum close to natural sunlight, and the spectral filter can simulate different regional sunlight environments. It is equipped with spray and condensation functions to simulate real outdoor rainfall and dew environments, which is more in line with actual natural use scenarios. The control system supports custom test programs, can record irradiance, temperature, humidity and other data in real time, and has automatic lamp life detection and replacement reminder function. Compared with traditional weathering test chambers, it has higher test accuracy and better repeatability, solving the problem of inaccurate simulation of natural environments.

The inner container size is 1200*1000*830mm, and the overall external size is 2000*1800*2200mm with a net weight of 1800kg. The insulation layer is 120mm thick polyurethane foam. The service life of the xenon lamp tube is more than 1500h, and the irradiance can be adjusted from 0.35 to 0.80W/m². The heating power is 10kW, and the cooling system is equipped to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. The observation window is 500*600mm with built-in LED lighting, and the power supply is 380V 50Hz three-phase.

It is widely used in weathering aging testing of outdoor coatings, UV aging testing of plastic building materials, life prediction testing of outdoor advertising signs, light aging testing of auto interior parts, and environmental aging testing of photovoltaic modules. It can meet the testing standards of ASTM G154, ISO 4892 and other international and domestic weather resistance testing standards, providing reliable test data for product R&D and quality control.
