Its high-strength steel wire with a diameter of more than 3.2mm, combined with a denser mesh design, improves the overall structural impact resistance, and can withstand the impact force of large crushed stone during filling without mesh deformation. In addition, the PVC coating of this product uses food-grade environmentally friendly materials, which will not pollute the surrounding water and soil, solving the pain point that traditional anti-corrosion coatings release harmful substances in high-pollution environments, and has better anti-aging performance, with a service life of more than 1.5 times that of ordinary hot-dip galvanized mattresses.
The conventional specification is 2m length × 1m width × 0.4m height, and the customizable size range is 1.5m-8m in length, 0.8m-2.5m in width and 0.3m-0.6m in height. The wire diameter can be selected from 3.2mm, 3.7mm and 4.5mm, the thickness of the Zn-Al alloy coating is ≥100μm, and the thickness of the PVC coating is 0.5mm±0.05mm. The mesh hole size can be selected from 80mm×100mm or 100mm×120mm, and the weight per square meter is about 11kg-15kg, which is adjusted according to the wire diameter and coating thickness. The product has passed more than 5000 hours of salt spray test, meets the C5 anti-corrosion grade standard of ISO 14713, and has passed EU REACH environmental protection certification to ensure no harmful substance release.
It is mainly applicable to coastal port revetment, salt marsh wetland restoration, chemical plant slope protection, coastal tourist attraction shoreline protection and soil and water conservation in high-pollution industrial zones. Typical usage scenarios include river revetment reinforcement in coastal cities such as Qingdao and Xiamen, ecological restoration projects of coastal saline-alkali land, and slope stabilization work of coastal wind farms. The double anti-corrosion structure of this product can effectively resist the erosion of high-corrosion environments such as salt spray and acid rain, without frequent maintenance, which greatly reduces the later operation and maintenance costs. At the same time, its water permeability design maintains the natural circulation of the ecosystem, balancing the dual needs of protection and ecological restoration.
