The core advantage of this product lies in the modular quick connection design. Each unit can be assembled and filled in only 10 minutes, and can be deployed quickly without professional construction personnel. It can quickly build a temporary revetment in emergency flood control scenarios to alleviate flood threats. It uses hot-dip galvanized steel wire and quick buckle connections, which has a stable structure and can be disassembled and recycled, and can be reused many times, reducing the cost of temporary protection. It solves the pain point of high cost and difficult recycling of traditional temporary protection materials. At the same time, the modular design can be flexibly combined according to needs to adapt to different protection ranges and shapes.
Each modular unit size is 1m in length, 1m in width and 0.2m in height. The steel wire diameter is 2.5mm to 3.5mm, the grid size is 70×90mm, and the weight of each unit is 6 to 10 kg. It meets the ISO 1461 standard, the tensile strength is not less than 380MPa, and the zinc layer thickness is ≥85μm. It can be quickly assembled and spliced into a protective structure of any length and shape, suitable for temporary emergency scenarios and long-term protection scenarios. The disassembly and recycling rate is as high as 95%, which meets environmental protection requirements.
It is mainly used in emergency flood control temporary revetment, temporary slope reinforcement, temporary river channel diversion, outdoor construction site protection and other scenarios. It is suitable for procurement by emergency management departments, water conservancy and disaster relief units, temporary engineering construction parties. It can be quickly deployed to respond to emergencies such as sudden floods and slope collapse, and can also be used for short-term engineering protection needs, with the advantage of recyclable and reusable.
