Adopting zinc-aluminum-magnesium environmental protection coating, it does not contain heavy metal pollutants and will not cause secondary pollution to water bodies. The large-aperture mesh structure allows aquatic plant roots to penetrate, helping to restore the vegetation coverage around the river channel and improve the self-purification ability of water bodies. The pre-assembled modular design reduces on-site construction time, and the permeable mesh structure provides habitat for benthic organisms, solving the pain point of traditional hard slope protection damaging the ecological chain, and achieving a balance between water conservancy projects and ecological protection.
Each standard unit measures 3 meters in length, 1.5 meters in width and 0.4 meters in height, with a wire diameter of 2.5mm, and the frame is made of reinforced steel wire with a thickness of 3.5mm. The surface is coated with zinc-aluminum-magnesium composite coating, ensuring an anticorrosion service life of 10-15 years. The mesh specification is 80×100mm, with good water permeability and air permeability, and the maximum bearing capacity per square meter can reach 2500kg. It can be filled with a mixture of crushed stones and local soil to meet the growth needs of plants.
It is mainly applied to ecological slope protection of wetland parks, damaged river channel restoration, urban waterfront green space protection, aquaculture pond embankment reinforcement and other scenarios, targeting ecological environment engineering companies, wetland park managers, urban garden departments and other user groups. It can complete water conservancy protection while restoring the regional ecosystem.
