The hot-dip galvanizing process ensures uniform adhesion of the zinc layer, avoiding local corrosion. The mesh design allows sediment to permeate and promote the growth of ecological plants. The flexible structure can adapt to foundation settlement without complex construction equipment, reducing installation costs. It solves the pain point of traditional hard revetments damaging the ecosystem, making it ideal for small and medium-sized water conservancy projects.
The wire diameter ranges from 1.8mm to 4.0mm, with optional mesh sizes of 60*80mm and 80*100mm. The standard mattress size is 3m×1m×0.3m (customizable). The zinc coating weight is 200-300g/m², with tensile strength ≥350MPa. The binding wire diameter is 1.6mm. Each pallet carries about 200㎡, with a total weight of approximately 2400kg per pallet. It complies with the water conservancy department's hydraulic metal structure safety standards.
It is suitable for inland river revetment, dike reinforcement, drainage ditch protection, small reservoir embankment protection and other scenarios. It is widely used in municipal water conservancy projects and rural river regulation projects, quickly building a flexible protection system to resist seasonal flood scouring while retaining the ecological exchange space between water and bank slopes.
