Made of hot-dip galvanized low-carbon steel wire, the double-twisted mesh structure improves overall tensile strength and prevents mesh surface from unraveling or welding cracking. The foldable packaging facilitates transportation and storage, and it can be quickly assembled on site without professional large-scale equipment, lowering construction thresholds. For sudden flood scenarios, it can be quickly laid and filled with stones to form a stable protective barrier, solving the pain points of traditional sandbag protection such as easy washing away and poor durability, and buying precious time for flood control and emergency rescue.
Each standard unit measures 2 meters in length, 1 meter in width and 0.3 meters in height, with a mesh specification of 60×80mm, wire diameter of 2.2mm, and the frame is made of reinforced steel wire with a thickness of 3mm. The overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment ensures an anticorrosion service life of 5-8 years. The maximum bearing capacity per square meter can reach 2000kg, adapting to the filling demand of common cobblestones and crushed stones, and can be flexibly spliced into protective belts of any length according to construction needs.
It is mainly applied to slope protection of small and medium-sized river embankments, farmland drainage ditch reinforcement, urban waterlogging emergency protection zones and other scenarios, targeting water conservancy stations at the grassroots level, village-level flood control and emergency rescue teams, small municipal engineering teams and other user groups. It can be quickly deployed to respond to sudden flood conditions, and can also be used as a basic scheme for long-term embankment protection.
