The 10% aluminum-zinc alloy coating forms a dense composite anti-corrosion layer, resisting salt spray and acid rain in high-corrosion environments. The optimized mesh size of 70*100mm balances water permeability and structural stability. The stainless steel buckle connection is more firm than traditional binding, reducing installation time. It solves the pain point of rapid corrosion of traditional mattresses in coastal environments, extending service life to over 20 years.
The wire diameter ranges from 2.0mm to 3.5mm, with optional mesh sizes of 60*90mm and 70*100mm. The standard mattress size is 3m×1m×0.3m (customizable length). The coating weight is 300-400g/m², with tensile strength ≥400MPa. The supporting buckles are made of 304 stainless steel. Each pallet carries about 180㎡, with a total weight of approximately 2520kg per pallet. It complies with ISO 12947 anti-corrosion standards.
It is suitable for coastal dike protection, saline soil area shoreline reinforcement, offshore wharf protection, water conservancy projects in acid rain-prone areas and other scenarios. It can maintain structural integrity in high-corrosion environments for a long time, protecting shorelines from wave scouring and soil salinization, while supporting the growth of ecological vegetation.
