The double protection (galvanizing + PVC coating) greatly improves anti-corrosion ability. The mesh allows water and soil exchange, providing habitat for aquatic plants and insects. It solves the pain point of traditional hard revetments damaging the landscape and ecosystem, suitable for urban landscape water projects.
The PVC coating thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.8mm, with wire diameter of 1.6-3.0mm and optional mesh sizes of 70*90mm and 80*100mm. The standard mattress size is 2m×1m×0.25m (customizable). The zinc coating weight is 220g/m², with total weight of 14-18kg/㎡ after coating. Each pallet carries about 220㎡, complying with environmental protection standards for landscape engineering materials.
