Made of high manganese steel wire, it has extremely high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing and epoxy resin coating, with a salt spray test of more than 1000 hours, and can be used for a long time in the marine high-salt environment. The double-twisted heavy-duty connection structure improves the overall impact resistance, and can resist the impact of waves above 3 meters. The underwater fixed installation design adapts to offshore construction environments without large-scale dredging, reducing construction difficulty and solving the pain points of traditional coastal protection projects such as high cost and long construction period.
Each standard unit measures 5 meters in length, 2 meters in width and 0.6 meters in height, with a wire diameter of 3.5mm, and the frame is made of reinforced steel wire with a thickness of 4.5mm. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing and epoxy resin coating, ensuring an anticorrosion service life of 15-20 years. The mesh specification is 40×60mm, with good wave dissipation performance, and the maximum bearing capacity per square meter can reach 4500kg. It can be filled with large granite and concrete blocks to improve overall wave resistance.
It is mainly applied to coastal embankment wave protection, port and wharf reinforcement, coastal beach protection, coastal fishing wharf slope protection and other scenarios, targeting marine engineering companies, port managers, coastal tourist attractions and other user groups. It can long-term resist the impact of typhoons and waves, and protect the safety and stability of coastal areas.
