Compared with conventional mattresses, its structure is more stable and not easy to be washed away by water flow. The thickened zinc layer and polymer coating further improve the anti-corrosion performance and extend the service life. At the same time, the larger grid size is convenient for filling large block stones, improving the integrity and scouring resistance of the structure, solving the pain point of conventional mattresses being easily damaged in high-flow rivers, and suitable for large-scale water conservancy projects.
The steel wire diameter is 4.0mm to 6.0mm, the grid size is 100×150mm, and the maximum single mattress size can reach 8m in length, 3m in width and 0.4m in height. The unit area weight is 18 to 30 kg per square meter, which meets the ASTM A706 standard. The tensile strength is not less than 500MPa, the zinc layer thickness is ≥100μm, and it can adapt to slopes of 0-50 degrees. The diameter of filled block stones should be between 250-400mm, which is suitable for installation by large heavy machinery.
