Adopting thickened and加粗 heavy-duty galvanized steel wire with double-sided spraying treatment, it greatly improves corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and can resist heavy rainfall scouring and falling rock impact in mountainous areas. The welded and twisted composite connection structure improves the overall structural strength, and the special anchor bolt fixing method can be firmly installed on inclined slopes to prevent the gabion box from shifting. Compared with traditional concrete slope protection schemes, it is lighter in weight and more convenient in construction, without large-scale hoisting equipment, reducing the safety risks and costs of mountain construction.
Each standard unit measures 4 meters in length, 1 meter in width and 0.5 meters in height, with a wire diameter of 3.0mm, and the frame is made of reinforced steel wire with a thickness of 4.0mm. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing and outdoor polyester spraying, ensuring an anticorrosion service life of 8-12 years. The mesh specification is 50×70mm, with good soil fixing ability, and the maximum bearing capacity per square meter can reach 3500kg, with an impact resistance of 150J. It can be filled with large crushed stones and concrete blocks to improve overall protective strength.
It is mainly applied to mountain slope reinforcement, debris flow emergency protection, slope protection on both sides of mountain roads, mountain protection around villages and other scenarios, targeting mountain transportation bureaus, geological disaster prevention units, agricultural and rural departments and other user groups. It can long-term ensure the safety of mountain infrastructure and residential areas.
