The core advantage of this product lies in the zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy coating, which has passed more than 2000 hours of salt spray test, far exceeding the anti-corrosion life of ordinary hot-dip galvanized products. It is suitable for environments with strong corrosion such as coastal typhoon-prone areas and saline-alkali land. Its high-strength alloy steel wire improves the tensile strength and structural stability, which can resist strong storms and wave impacts. At the same time, the flexible structure can still adapt to foundation settlement and avoid structural fracture, solving the pain point of short service life of ordinary protective products in harsh environments. The installation method is consistent with conventional mattresses, no additional construction training is required.
The wire diameter range is 2.5mm to 4.5mm, the grid size is 80×120mm, and the maximum single mattress size can reach 7m in length, 2.5m in width and 0.35m in height. The unit area weight is 10 to 18 kg per square meter, which meets the ASTM B802 standard. The tensile strength is not less than 400MPa, the coating thickness is ≥100μm, and it can adapt to slopes of 0-50 degrees. The diameter of filled block stones should be between 180-350mm, which is suitable for long-term protection projects in strong corrosive environments.
It is mainly used in coastal shoreline protection, tidal flat revetment, saline-alkali land slope reinforcement, industrial wastewater pool slope protection and other strong corrosive environment engineering scenarios. It is suitable for port construction, coastal tourism development, saline-alkali land improvement projects and other enterprises, providing long-term solutions for ecological protection and engineering reinforcement in coastal areas.
