The most prominent feature of this product is high strength and impact resistance. Made of high manganese steel Mn13, after quenching and tempering treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC50 or above, and the surface hardness will further increase to HRC55 or above when impacted by solid waste, which increases the wear resistance by more than 3 times compared with ordinary carbon steel screens. The slot is formed by cold bending and welding technology, with a firm structure, no risk of cracking and deformation, and the large open area ratio design (20-45%) ensures the pass rate of solid waste materials and improves screening efficiency. The bolt fastening and welding connection method ensures stable installation, which can be adapted to various solid waste screening equipment (trommel screens, vibrating screens, sorters), and a single screen can be replaced within 10 minutes, reducing downtime.

The material is high manganese steel Mn13 with a manganese content of ≥12%, which has excellent work-hardening performance; the slot width can be customized in the range of 1-20mm to meet the classification requirements of solid waste with different particle sizes; the wire diameter is 5-12mm, which is matched according to the slot width and impact strength; the open area ratio is 20-45%, balancing screening efficiency and screen strength; the temperature resistance range is -30℃ to 200℃, adapting to high-temperature screening scenarios of solid waste before incineration; the surface treatment is quenching and tempering, with a surface hardness of HRC50-55, and can reach HRC55-60 after work hardening; the connection method is M16 bolt fastening or direct welding, adapting to different screening equipment frames; conventional sizes are 1500×3000mm, 2000×4000mm, 2500×5000mm, with a thickness of 30-60mm; the weight is 100-200kg per piece; the impact resistance is ≥35J/cm²; the compressive strength is ≥1000MPa.

Widely used in the screening links of construction waste resource treatment production lines, domestic waste sorting centers, and industrial solid waste treatment stations, it is compatible with trommel screens, vibrating screens, heavy-duty sorters and other equipment.
