This product has passed more than 5000 hours of ultraviolet accelerated aging test, and the surface weather-resistant polyester coating can effectively block ultraviolet radiation, avoiding the aging and brittleness of the foaming layer, and extending the product service life to more than 20 years. The high-pressure non-foaming process makes the closed cell rate as high as 95%, effectively blocking heat transfer and water vapor penetration, with a thermal conductivity of 0.023 W/(m·K), improving roof insulation efficiency by about 35%. It has a waterproof embossed surface layer, which can assist in blocking rainwater penetration and reducing the risk of roof water leakage. The installation adopts a double method of bonding and mechanical fixing, adapting to various roof base layers, including concrete roofs and color steel roofs, without complex on-site construction, greatly shortening the construction period of roof renovation.

The standard panel size is 1200mm (width) × 3000mm (length), with optional thickness ranging from 40mm to 100mm, meeting the insulation needs of different regions. The base material density is controlled at 32-37 kg/m³, ensuring sufficient structural strength to resist roof wind loads, and can withstand strong wind impacts above 120km/h. The water absorption rate of the product is ≤0.4%, effectively avoiding the failure of the insulation layer caused by rainwater penetration. It complies with the B2-level EU fire protection standard, meeting the fire protection requirements of ordinary civil buildings, and will not produce a large number of molten droplets when burning, improving the fire safety performance of the roof.
It is mainly used in thermal insulation engineering of flat roofs and sloped roofs of various civil residences and commercial buildings, including thermal insulation renovation of large-span buildings such as factory workshops, warehouses and gymnasiums. It is also suitable for thermal insulation needs of color steel activity rooms and container houses, and can be laid integrally with waterproof rolls, simplifying the roof construction process, improving the overall energy-saving effect of the building, reducing the energy consumption of indoor refrigeration in summer and heating in winter, and creating a comfortable internal environment for the building.
