This product features a semi-rigid polyurethane foam structure that can be easily bent and shaped to fit curved duct surfaces, eliminating the need for complex custom cutting for irregular duct diameters. The aluminum foil scrim kraft paper facing provides excellent moisture resistance and UV resistance, protecting the foam core from moisture damage and extending the service life of the insulation layer. Its thermal conductivity of 0.023 W/(m·K) ensures efficient heat retention, reducing the energy required for heating or cooling the air transported through the ducts. The GREENGUARD certified environmental rating ensures that it does not release harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during use, making it suitable for indoor commercial and office spaces. It also has good heat resistance up to 150℃, making it suitable for hot air duct systems in industrial processing plants.

The standard size of this duct insulation board is 1000mm in length and 2000mm in width, with optional thicknesses ranging from 25mm to 100mm to meet different thermal insulation requirements for duct diameters and temperature differentials. The semi-rigid foam core has a density of 30-40 kg/m³, providing balanced flexibility and structural support. The aluminum foil scrim kraft paper facing has a thickness of 0.06mm, with a tensile strength of over 150N/50mm to prevent tearing during installation. The board can be easily cut on-site using utility knives or shears, allowing for custom fitting to specific duct diameters. Custom sizes and widths are available to match the exact dimensions of existing ductwork, with a maximum custom width of 1200mm.
This HVAC duct cladding insulation board is primarily applicable to central air conditioning duct systems in commercial office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals and schools, as well as industrial hot and cold air duct systems in manufacturing plants, logistics warehouses and food processing facilities. It is also suitable for insulating chilled water pipes and hot water supply pipes in residential and commercial buildings. During installation, the board can be wrapped around the duct and secured with adhesive tape or metal clamps, allowing for quick and efficient installation. It can also be used as insulation for exhaust systems, reducing heat loss from exhaust air and improving the overall energy efficiency of the building. It meets the fire safety requirements of most commercial building codes, making it a reliable choice for large-scale construction projects.
