This product adopts non-fluorine foaming technology to reduce thermal conductivity while lowering carbon emissions. Nano-scale flame retardant filler is added to pass Grade A fire certification, preventing fire spread. The surface is covered with reinforced aluminum foil veneer, which improves ultraviolet resistance and water resistance, reducing board aging speed. The dry hanging installation method eliminates wet work, shortening the construction period and reducing labor costs. The unique mortise and tenon structure improves installation sealing, reducing thermal bridge effect and further improving insulation efficiency, solving the industry pain points of easy heat leakage and water seepage at the joints of traditional insulation boards.

The standard size is 1200mm (length) ×2400mm (width), with optional thicknesses of 50mm/75mm/100mm/125mm/150mm/200mm. The base material density is 35±2 kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/(m·K) at 25℃. The water absorption rate is ≤0.3% (v/v). The fire rating complies with GB8624 Grade A and NFPA 285 standards. The temperature resistance range is -40℃ to 120℃. The weight of a single board is about 10-40 kg depending on the thickness. The packaging uses stretch film + pallets, with about 50 boards loaded per pallet.
It is mainly used for exterior wall external insulation systems of multi-story and high-rise buildings, and can also be used for exterior wall insulation of industrial workshops and cold storage. It is suitable for exterior wall renovation projects of old communities, and can be quickly installed with keel systems. It can effectively reduce the energy consumption of building air conditioning and heating systems, meeting the green building requirements under the dual-carbon goal.
