The FDA-compliant food-grade aluminum foil facing not only blocks moisture and vapor penetration but also meets food safety regulations, making it suitable for direct contact with stored food and pharmaceuticals. The tongue-and-groove joint design creates a tight seal between panels, eliminating cold air leakage through gaps and reducing the workload of defrosting for cold storage equipment. It also has excellent impact resistance, able to withstand occasional collisions during handling and installation without cracking or deformation, and its corrosion-resistant surface prevents damage from common cold storage cleaning agents.

The standard size of this cold storage insulation board is 1180mm in length and 2480mm in width, with optional thicknesses from 75mm to 300mm to meet different low-temperature preservation requirements. The base foam density is controlled between 40-50 kg/m³, ensuring high structural strength to support the weight of large-area panel installations. The food-grade aluminum foil facing has a thickness of 0.08mm, with good barrier properties against oxygen and water vapor, preventing frost formation on the back of the insulation layer. The tongue-and-groove joints are precision-machined with a tolerance of ±0.5mm, ensuring a perfect fit between adjacent panels during installation. Custom sizes are available for irregular cold storage space layouts, with a maximum custom size of 1200mm×2800mm.
This cold storage polyurethane insulation board is primarily applicable to various types of cold storage facilities, including meat processing and cold chain logistics warehouses, fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping storage, dairy product cold storage, and pharmaceutical low-temperature storage rooms. It is also suitable for refrigerated container interiors and mobile refrigeration units. During installation, the tongue-and-groove joints allow for quick and accurate assembly, reducing construction time and labor costs. Its resistance to low temperatures down to -60℃ makes it suitable for ultra-low temperature frozen storage applications, such as frozen food warehouses and medical vaccine storage facilities. It also has good oil resistance, making it suitable for environments with occasional oil spills common in logistics and processing plants.
